Day Services – HERO Program

Our HERO (Helping Encompass Resources and Opportunities) day program welcomes adults with intellectual disabilities, Monday – Friday from 9 am – 2 pm. These services are offered at both our Lebanon and Albany campuses.
Day Service activities aim to assist individuals in exploring their interests, learning new skills, engaging in their communities, and building relationships.
We provide opportunities for community engagement, structured classes geared towards life skills and independence, and volunteer opportunities for those looking to give back or develop skills for future employment.
This program requires individuals to be at least 18 years of age and have a documented intellectual or developmental disability. Individuals must have a referral for services through their County DD Office or Brokerage.

Why Contract Services?

There are many people out of work because of some kind of disability, so that is where we step in. 75% of the individuals we hire have some kind of a disability, and we are here to make sure individuals have the trainings, and any modifications they may need, in place.

We have a can-do attitude and are here to meet your janitorial needs!

Small Group Employment

Our small group opportunities allow individuals to work on a team as part of a janitorial or landscaping crew. There is an onsite trainer offering guidance and on-the-job training. This service allows individuals to learn valuable skills needed for a job in the community. This is a paid work experience.
